As we are purely an online store, we don't stock our items in traditional bricks-and-mortar stores. But with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are unhappy with your order, send it back within 30 days for a full store credit!

4. Where are the bags made?
Our factories are made all over the world, chosen carefully to ensure they meet 100% ethical choices and work standards. Our suppliers are based in China, Vietnam and Korea.
5. How accurate is the depiction of the picture for my product?
Though our colours, textures and finishes have been depicted to the closest possible render as possible, the colours on your electronic device may vary - for this, we bear no responsibility and does not fall under the faulty/incorrect category. Please bear in mind leather is a natural product and therefore, minimal variations of colours, textures and finishes may appear from product to product.
